Order before 2pm, Monday 23rd December for pre-christmas delivery*

*Subject to product availability and clearance of payment. Orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service and should be delivered before 1pm on Christmas Eve.

Click & Collect from one of our Leeds stores until 3.30pm Tuesday 24th December.

Express Delivery to the UK

Price: £8, or FREE for orders over £100

Estimated Time: Please allow 24 hours for us to prepare your item. You will receive a confirmation email and Tracking Number once your item has been dispatched.

Our Delivery Partner: Parcels will be sent using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service, which is fully insured, trackable and will arrive the next working day. Delivery on a designated day is available on request.

Price: FREE for all orders

Estimated Time: After placing your order you’ll receive an email within 24 hours, confirming that your item is ready to collect.

Please note: You will be asked to show photo ID on collection.

International Delivery

We are currently unable to process orders from outside the UK through our website. However, if you would like to purchase an item please email info@phillipstoner.com where we can discuss different payment methods and delivery options based on the item(s) you are interested in and your location.

Returns

We would be happy to offer a refund or exchange on items purchased online, within 14 days, as long as they are returned in an unworn, unused condition.

Returning an Item To Store

Email info@phillipstoner.com to arrange an appointment to return or exchange your item at a Phillip Stoner store.

Returning an Item by Post

Email info@phillipstoner.com to confirm our Returns Address. We would recommend using a fully insured, trackable service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery.
